1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StatShot for personal, non-commercial use on your iOS device.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the app for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the app.
• Distribute or sublicense the app to third parties.

3. User Content & Data

StatShot allows users to:

• Fetch activities from their own Strava accounts.
• Select images from their device.
• Overlay statistics on images and export them.

All photo handling and exporting is managed by iOS. The app does not access, store, or collect any personal data from the device.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses:

• The Strava API to fetch activity data (subject to Strava’s terms).
• Additional third-party libraries under their respective licenses.

5. Ownership

All rights and intellectual property related to the app are owned by Senne Scheepers.

6. Disclaimer

StatShot is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use or misuse of the app.

8. Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any terms.
